'Marvel's Agent Carter' Spoilers: Will Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter "Get Revenge" For Roger Dooley's Death? [WATCH]

We are just hours away from the season finale of Marvel's Agent Carter on ABC. Before Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper)'s fate is finally decided, will Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) finally get her revenge against Leviathan for the death of Chief Roger Dooley (Shea Whigham)?

In our first recap, Peggy (Atwell) was seen as a hero as she fought bravely in World War II, but her co-workers at the Strategic Scientific Reserve think she's a complete joke. Framed for crimes he didn't commit, Howard Stark (Cooper) needed Peggy to clear his name after his inventions, which he calls "bad babies," had been stolen. Joined by Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy), Peggy discovered the Leviathan was the real culprit and was orchestrating a diabolical scheme.

In our recent recap, Dr. Ivanchenko had hypnotized Roger (Whigham) and strapped a bomb to his chest. Carter couldn't stop Roger as he grabbed a gun, ran across the room, and jumped to his death. While SSR headquarters felt the shockwave of the bomb explosion, Ivanchenko unleashed Starks' nerve gas, which killed every moviegoer in the theater. Before Roger died, Peggy promised she would do whatever it took to put stop Leviathan.

In an interview with IGN, executive producers/showrunners Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas reveal Peggy will go one-on-one against Dottie Underwood (Bridget Regan). In order to stop Leviathan, Stark (Cooper) has to get involved and might have to sacrifice himself. The SSR team, including Jack Thompson (Chad Michael Murray) and Daniel Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) have to put aside their differences while working with Carter.

Fazekas reveals how Dooley's death affects the team, "I think what episode seven did, driving into episode eight was, not just Dooley dying -- I mean Dooley's death is the thing that sort of focuses everyone and affects everyone. But also prior to that, Peggy gave up the Captain America blood, which at least for Sousa and Dooley made them feel like they could trust her again. Then, of course, everything she told them came to pass and even more. So I do think, going into episode eight, there's no suspicion. There's no "Howard Stark is doing this." They're a united front barreling through this episode."

The conversations continues over on Comic Book Resources as Fazaeka adds, "So there's no room and there's no time for their petty bullshit about "You can't do things because you're a girl." And also I think that will only continue in episode eight and evolve and develop. Even at the top of episode eight, there's no time for any of their arguments anymore. They are working as a team."
