An intimate exclusive interview with Rosie O'Donnell will be broadcasted on Monday's episode (Oct. 8) of the highly-acclaimed "Dr. Oz Show" - where the popular actress/comedian will discuss her harrowing brush with death after having experienced a heart attack in August. 50-year-old O'Donnell also opened up about her health scare in a recent interview with People magazine, in which the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" fan also claimed that she'd love to meet the infamous Thompson crew and even "buy them a house."

In her upcoming tell-all interview with Dr. Oz, O'Donnell discusses how she self-diagnosed her own heart attack symptoms, which she believed may have helped save her life in the long run. The former "View" host claims that once she started experiencing chronic pain and was able to associate it with symptoms researched online, she quickly decided to seek medical treatment. She soon found out that she had a clogged artery - the left anterior descending ("widowmaker") artery was 99 percent blocked which led to her heart attack scare in mid-August. On Monday's show, Dr. Oz will discuss details involving O'Donnell's diagnosis and treatment - "The Flintstones" star will then return to the "Dr. Oz Show" on Thursday, Oct. 25 to receive a "heart attack health plan" from the famous M.D.

"I applaud Rosie for using her experience to teach others about the risks and symptoms of heart disease," said host Dr. Oz. "As a cardiac surgeon I have operated on thousands of people who could have avoided heart disease altogether if they simply understood some simple prevention principles. Heart disease is the number-one killer in America and most people don't know the tell tale warning signs. Rosie has provided us with a teachable moment from her own experience, which is noble and empowering for anyone recovering from heart attack."

The "Dr. Oz Show" airs on NBC at 3 p.m. (To catch O'Donnell on Dr. Oz back in February click here).

O'Donnell also provided more intimate details on her heart attack health scare in a recent issue of People (which hit newsstands on Friday). At the time of the attack, the openly gay television host said that she felt "nauseous" and had vomited after helping a woman out of her car. She found out at the cardiologist's office the next day that she had experienced a slight heart attack. Since then, the mother of four adopted children claims she has made it her mission to take better care of herself and advocate for women's heart health. Since the attack she has lost 12-pounds.

On a lighter note, O'Donnell also discussed her newest guilty pleasure with the popular tabloid magazine - her love of TLC's hit reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." The still-recovering O'Donnell gushed: "I love Mama June. I love Sugar Bear. I love Chubbs, I love 'em all." And as for Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson? "She has a presence and an intellect that goes way beyond her years," "O'Donnell admires. "I'd love to meet [the Thompsons] and buy them a house."
