Beyonce did NOT die in a tragic car crash, despite a bogus CNN "report" currently going viral on the web.

The FAKE (and awkwardly-worded) news headline that quickly began circulating on social media reads:

"Music Sensation Beyoncé Knowles Dies In Car Crash... Superstar songstress and wife to billionaire music mogul Sean 'Jay-Z' Carter, Beyoncé Knowles today died in a ghastly car accident on the way back from a meeting with one of her executives.... So far there has been no further news from either her husband or her family. This marks a huge blow to an industry" (via GossipCop.com).

Unfortunately, several Twitter fans initially fell for the ridiculous #RIP hoax, thanks to this account NOT truly associated with CNN:

But don't believe the hype - the "Drunk In Love" songstress is indeed alive and well.

Although she may not be fully dressed...

Apparently, baby Blue Ivy's mama experienced a major wardrobe malfunction at Tom Ford's annual presentation of his Autumn/Winter 2015 womenswear collection in LA on February 20! But because she's such a classy gal, no photos are currently available of the epic "booty" flash.

Here's what apparently happened:

"Beyonce had a huge wardrobe malfunction at the show," an alleged insider recently told Us Weekly. "Her dress ripped all the way up the back and she had to run backstage to find something else to wear... The people back there couldn't get it fixed in time, so she had to miss the show. Beyonce was so embarrassed, [but] she was really cool about it."

She changed into a sexy black dress from the Spring 2014 collection - and that was that!

The LIVING Queen Bey always knows how to work it!
