Jack Osbourne married aspiring actress Lisa Stelly in an intimate wedding ceremony in Hawaii on Sunday, just six months after welcoming baby daughter Pearl Clementine into the world. The two were engaged last September and Stelly gave birth to Pearl this past April - the couple celebrated their nuptials in a private ceremony with close family and friends.

The 26-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne left the L.A.-area with Stelly earlier last week, with baby Pearl in-tow. Just this past June, Osbourne announced that he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Stelly has been a huge rock for Osbourne to lean on, helping him cope with the disease and making sure that he continues to eat healthy and exercise often. The duo began dating back in April 2011. Stelly was the one to publically announce her engagement to Osbourne on Twitter.

After learning about Osbourne's MS, Stelly said this: "I think me and Jack are doing better than everyone else, honestly. We're just really trying to stay positive and we don't really have much time to be sad, because we have diapers to change and a little girl to look at and smile at. We're just having fun. He's going to be okay."

Hello! Magazine claims that the couple exchanged "I-dos" in front of about four dozen guests on Hawaii's Kona-Kohala coast. The whole Osbourne crew was in attendance.

"Earlier in the day, Kelly was playing with Pearl and she looked really happy," one inside source tells E! News, adding that Sharon rode a golf cart with Jack son as they headed to the wedding location. "Everyone just seemed really happy and excited about everything."

"We really do wish them the very best for a happy life together," Stelly's Uncle Larry Chamberlain also told Celebuzz.

Before the special day, Osbourne had a bachelor part blow-out in Las Vegas, tweeting this image:
