'Glee' Season 6 [SPOILERS]: Lea Michele, Darren Criss, Naya Rivera Shoot Final Episode – See Emotional Instagram [PHOTOS] & Cory Monteith Tribute

It's the end of an era! Glee just wrapped the final episode of it's last season and it was a sad day for fans around the world. The show has touched the hearts of millions of fans for the last six and a half years, but things are about to get emotional for us, as we are forced to say goodbye to Rachel Berry, Santana Lopez and Kurt Hummel in the coming weeks.

While we still have a few episodes left, Lea Michele and the rest of the cast finished shooting scenes for the last episode. The starlet took to her Instagram account to pay tribute to the cast and crew of the fox musical series.

Michele shared a black and white picture of the cast featuring Darren Criss, Amber Riley, Chord Overstreet, Dianna Agron, Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison, and some of the guest stars that have been part of the show throughout the years including Jonathan Groff.

"Last day at Glee tomorrow... it's been the most incredible 6 ½ years. I'm going to miss Rachel Berry so much," the star wrote on the caption for the picture.

Michelle also took to her Twitter page to thank the cast and crew behind the series, writing, "We were so lucky to have had the most amazing crew who worked so hard everyday to make the show amazing. I'm so grateful for them this incredibly amazing experience. Thank you so much to all of our amazing Gleeks who supported us so much! I love you guys."

In a more emotional picture that Lea posted, according to E! News, she is seen walking off the set with Finn's jersey, who was played by the late Cory Monteith.

"One last thing," the star wrote, while working off the studio lot with the framed jersey over her head.

We are sad to see this show go.
