There are only 2 episodes left of Season 4 of Suits on USA Network. With their professional careers at stake, are Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) in a race against time to save Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) before the court finds 'Intent?'

At a restaurant, Mike celebrates with his whistleblower, thinking their case is over. Harvey meets with Donna and yells at her for stealing the files. Donna tells the truth, which puts Mike in trouble. While in bed with Rachel (Meghan Markle), Harvey knocks at the door and enters, telling him that he has to drop the case.

Harvey then meets with Jessica (Gina Torres) who doesn't care about his bad news. She tells Harvey what happened with Jeff and takes a drink with him. Louis (Rick Hoffman) warns Donna that they're making charges against her. Harvey meets with Evan (Tricia Helfer) to salvage the case, but fails to stop her.

Mike tells his whistleblower the bad news, which leads to a huge argument. The whistleblower thinks Mike took a bribe to drop the case. Jessica enters Jeff (D.B. Woodside)'s office, but things are still tense between them. Jeff isn't sure if he wants to resign his partnership from the firm yet.

Harvey wants Donna to tell Mike that he's back on the case. Harvey meets with Terrence Wolf (Chi McBride), who tells him that he is actually charging Donna with felony fraud. Harvey and Donna argue because she lied to him. He might not be able to get her out of it.

Mike revisits his whistleblower, who has taken money to drop from the case. Donna meets with her sister and tells him that her relationship is over with Jeff. The sisters argue that Jessica should fight for him. Harvey and Mike now have to deal with Donna's lies; which makes her guilty. The two realize Evan's client might have to reveal the incriminating evidence in court, which gets them out of the jam.

Louis is sad thinking of Donna in jail and hugs her. With Rachel's help, Mike discovers a plaintiff who might be willing to speak to him. Donna thanks Harvey but Wolf arrives with new charges of intent. Though Harvey wants her to plead "not guilty," Donna is scared of going to jail for five years. Louis steps in, but Donna sides with Harvey instead.

In court, Donna pleads not guilty, but overhears Wolf saying Harvey might need a new secretary. Jessica meets with Jeff to tell him she loves him, that she hurt him, and refuses to give up on him. She left her walls down because of him.

Donna realizes Louis should handle her case, because Harvey is pouring gasoline into the fire. If she wants a hug, Louis tells Donna to go to Louis and leave him alone. Mike realizes Harvey wants to make the case to go away to save Donna. Harvey meets with the whistleblower and offers more money.

Mike and Harvey meet with Evan and offer her a deal. Jeff hands in his resignation but he doesn't want to get back together. Harvey tells Donna he loves her and leaves her apartment, standing shocked.
