Are 19 Kids & Counting stars Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald about to have a major health scare? Well, from what viewers saw on the 10th season premiere of the TLC series, it definitely seems that could be the case. While the family moved into their hand-me-down home, they discovered a pretty nasty mold problem growing on the floorboards and the ceilings. It looks like the starter home, provided by father Jim Bob and mom Michelle Duggar, could definitely cause some issues for the couple down the road. According to pulmonary doctor Avi Ishaaya, MD, who spoke to Radar Online, the mold issue could negatively affect Jessa and Ben's health by causing seriuos medical problems. It could also affect their decision to have a baby.

"Exposure to high amount of mold is not healthy for anyone!" the doctor explained to the site. "Allergic reactions to mold are the most common health effects and may be immediate or develop after a period of time with symptoms that can include sneezing, runny nose, headaches, throat irritation, coughing, wheezing, tearing and redness of the eyes, skin irritation and rash, fever, difficulty breathing and even asthma attacks."

As reported earlier by People, the couple is also thinking of bringing a new baby into the household, which Ishaaya said might not be such a great idea, as "pregnancy may potentially increase the likelihood of any of the above."

The couple might be putting the plans to conceive a baby on hold, as they told the news site that they are planning on adopting.

"We hope to adopt a lot of kids," the reality star explained to the magazine. "If God blesses us with biological kids of our own, it's not going to quench our desire to adopt."

Ben also added onto his wife's sentiments, saying, "Kids are so important."

Kids might be important to the couple, but they might want to get rid of the mold problem first.
