Bobbi Kristina is back in a coma after doctors tried to take her out of one Wednesday, Feb. 25. According to Radar Online, Kristina suffered "violent seizures" when she was removed from the coma, after she had been in one since she was found unresponsive in her bathtub at home in January.

A family insider revealed to People magazine that the medical team were unsuccessful when they tried to wean Kristina off the medication that has kept the 21-year-old in a coma state.

“She was taken off the drugs, but she began having violent seizures,” the insider explained. “She is being put back into a coma.”

The failed attempt is “a horrible setback” for the only daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

“Everyone was hopeful that this was the sign that she’d turned the corner -- we were so optimistic,” the insider claimed.

Brown, the ex-husband of Houston, and Kristina's father was “beside himself” in the wake of the coma removal attempt.

It has now been 27 days since Kristina was found by her so-called husband and friend Nick Gordon face-down in her a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia, home.

“Bobby is taking this so hard,” the insider revealed. “He was sure this was going to be a good day.”

MStars News also learned that Kristina wasn't the only family member who was rushed to the same hospital where she's currently back in a coma.

Her aunt Tina Brown was sent to the hospital over the weekend after falling ill. She, along with other family members, have been in Atlanta since the tragic incident.

Gordon still hasn't been able to see Kristina after being banned from the hospital and home he shares with his so-called wife. Gordon went on a Twitter rampage this week, claiming Bobby Brown hasn't been there for his daughter until now, only to hopefully get a piece of Kristina's inheritance she gained after Houston died.
