Obviously, rapper 50 Cent is not a huge fan of the new hit drama series, "Empire." But what does that have anything to do with "Glee?"

Well...

In a recent interview with MTV, Fifty blasts the highly-acclaimed television show after initially insinuating that FOX "stole" marketing concepts from his own Starz exclusive, "Power" -

"I've watched it. It's like 'Glee' with a little hip hop music in it... I feel like the storyline is moving extremely fast... I didn't show my character, Kanan, until episode 4 on 'Power,' because I was in jail for a long period of time. Taraji came home on the first episode after 17 years. It was like, 'damn, what happened to the rest of the story? I don't know what's going on.' It started moving real fast."

Do MstarsNews readers agree, or is the Street King Immortal emcee being sort of harsh just because he's still hostile?

But the G-Unit hypeman eventually lightens-up and continues:

"I think it's good, and I'm happy the show's successful at the present moment, because I got a lot of friends working on that project... Timbaland is the music director of the show. Terrence Howard was in my first film with me, co-starred in 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin.' Taraji actually read for 'Get Rich Or Die Tryin.'"

Fifty first sparked a heated Instagram feud with star of the show, Taraji P. Henson. Later he just joked about the cyber "diss." But wonder how the 44-year-old actress might respond this time? Maybe even co-star Terrence Howard might have some fighting words to exchange.

Meanwhile, "girlfriend" drama surrounding the NYC-native's relationship with Tatted Up Holly continues...

Maybe it's time to keep his mouth shut, finally! But that just wouldn't be Fifty.
