Guy Ritchie and Jacqui Ainsley Engaged: Madonna's Ex to Marry Pregnant, British Model Girlfriend

Filmmaker Guy Ritchie is engaged to pregnant girlfriend and British model Jacqui Ainsley. The couple has been dating for two years and announced back in July that they are expecting their second child together - their first son (Rafael) was born last September.

The 44-year-old "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" director stepped out with his beautiful fiancée after having dinner at a nice L.A. restaurant on Sunday - 30-year-old Ainsley smilingly flaunted her new shiny engagement ring bling, confirming the wedding rumors.

The duo has yet to comment about the happy news, but one insider tells People, "They're over the moon in love."

Ritchie was formerly married to pop star Madonna - the two tied the knot in a Scottish castle in 2000 and split in 2008. They have two children together, 12-year-old Rocco 7-year-old adopted son David.

Ainsley showed off her growing baby bump at the London red carpet premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises" back in July.
