While we don't get to see much of Tamra Barney Judge's kids on The Real Housewives of Orange County, fans are going to be seeing a lot less of them in the future, as it is being revealed that Tamra has given full custody of her teen daughter over to her ex-husband Simon Barney. The RHOC star has been in a heated, and very lengthy, court proceeding with her former lover over the custody of their 16-year-old daughter Sidney, but it looks like the reality star has handed physical custody over to Simon.

According to Radar Online, who obtained the court documents, Sidney is now residing solely with her father, while Tamra has limited visitation rights.

"Simon Barney shall have sole physical custody of Sidney Nicole Barney," the document read. "Tamra Barney Judge shall have visitation with Sidney Nicole Barney every other weekend, and one day midweek from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. every week, and any other additional times at Sidney's discretion."

It seems that Simon chose to fight for custody of his daughter because of Sidney's extreme anxiety while living at her mother's house.

"[Sidney] felt extreme anxiety at her mother's home and because of [Tamra's] inappropriate behavior," court documents obtained by the news site read.

One of the examples used in the case, stated that Tamra told her daughter she wasn't allowed in her house anymore because of the closeness with her father. This situation caused severe anxiety resulting in "stomach cramping," which was unhealthy for the teenager.

According to In Touch, it was also Tamra's behavior at home, as well as her appearance on the Bravo series that caused her daughter to be teased by her friends at school.
