What's better than one duet? Try a medley of 11 of the best duets from the last couple decades. Kelly Clarkson joined Jimmy Fallon last night on The Tonight Show where the pair busted out some of the greatest love songs of all time. I mean, "Endless Love," "Islands in the Stream," "Up Where We Belong" -- how the heck could you go wrong with these songs?

In the clip from the show Jimmy posted to his YouTube page, the talk show host explained to his audience that Kelly recently said she has found it hard to find people who want to do duets with her.

He then said, "I don't understand what they're talking about, I would love to do a duet with Kelly Clarkson."

As soon as he said the words, Clarkson appeared out of nowhere with a microphone to perform with the host.

"Did somebody say duet? Would you want to duet and sing with me?" the "Heartbeat Song" singer asked.

"I got you, babe," Fallon said, which cued the first song in their mash-up: Sonny & Cher's, "I Got You Babe."

According to E! News, other songs the duet partner's covered included Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton's "Islands in the Stream," Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty's "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" and even Pink and Nate Ruess's "Just Give Me a Reason."

What made Fallon decide to do a duet with Clarkson was that the singer jokingly explained in a recent interview with BBC Radio 1 that people didn't want to sing duets with her.

"I honestly would collaborate with a lot of people, but everyone usually says no," the singer explained. "I'm not kidding you. I have legitimately asked several people that I'm not going to call out, and that's cool, but I don't know. I ask good people. I don't want to sing with crap people, so I mean, I ask people who are great vocalists. Sometimes I feel like I have the plague, or leprosy."

The singer's new album Piece by Piece is out now, which includes one duet with singer John Legend.
