Canadian teenager Amanda Todd posted a heartbreaking video on YouTube last month, sharing her ongoing tribulations and anxieties brought about by cyber-bullying. Todd was found dead Wednesday night in Coquitlam, Canada, a victim of apparent suicide. In the heart-wrenching video posted on Sept. 7, 15-year-old Todd admits to two previous suicide attempts. She also tells the haunting story of what brought her to commit such a fatal act of self-harm.

In the nearly nine-minute long video, Todd does not speak or fully show her face - she shares all her thoughts through messages written on note cards. Todd starts off by admitting that in 7th grade, she met a flatter online and sent him photos of her breasts. A year later, the man Facebook messaged Todd, threatening to release the indecent pics if she "didn't put on a show for him." He knew all her personal information - address, friends, relatives... Todd soon after developed increased anxiety and depression brought on my drug and alcohol abuse. Even after changing schools, Todd couldn't escape the harmful impacts of cyber-bullying.

The man-in-question posted the private photos of Todd on Facebook - and the young teen began battling bullies in real-life. She started cutting herself... and transferred to yet another school. But things worsened again when she started dating an older man who already had a girlfriend - when they broke up, the girlfriend beat-up Todd. She was repeatedly hit in front of a crowd of screaming people who encouraged her to be left in a ditch. Such detrimental events landed Todd in the hospital, after she consumed bleach in a failed attempt to kill herself. Even after changing cities yet again, the anti-depressants and counseling just weren't working. Todd then apparently attempted a third suicide, which unfortunately proved successful.

Watch the heartbreaking confession video here:

"It is a very sad case," Paul McNaughton, a principal at CABE, the high school she'd moved to in Coquitlam, told the Vancouver Sun. "I can tell you we feel we tried everything we could to help her when she came to us. She was quite connected here. The staff and the students here are very much impacted. She had some very strong ties in the school and to staff in the school."

The "Rest in Paradise Amanda Michelle Todd" Facebook page already has close to 25,000 likes, where sympathizers and loved ones can post their condolences to such a tragic loss.
