Nia Guzman-Amey's Ex-Husband Terry Speaks Out on Chris Brown's Alleged Daughter Royalty: "We’ve Got To Push Forward" [DETAILS]

It looks like Nia Guzman-Amey has some explaining to do! MStars News has learned that Chris Brown's alleged baby mama was married when she got pregnant with the singer's child.

According to Bossip, Nia's husband, Terry Amey filed for divorce back in January of 2014, after he was convinced that Nia's daughter, whom she was carrying at the time, wasn't his. According to the petition, Terry ordered a paternity test.

"Respondent is also pregnant at the time of filing this lawsuit; however; Petitioner denies paternity and requests a DNA test as soon as possible," the statement read.

The documents also revealed that the former couple was still living together when little Royalty was conceived. This divorce was finalized in April. The documents stated the reason to be, "insupportability." In Texas, that means "the spouses' personalities conflict and destroy a marriage so that there's no reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

MStars News previously learned that Nia also lost custody of her eldest daughter, 13-year-old Zillah Jade. Bossip revealed that Terry has full custody of her, while Nia had weekends and some holidays for visitation.

In another Bossip report, Terry seems to want the best for his daughter, and Brown's daughter.

"We've got to push forward so that my little girl and his little girl can grow," Amey stated, according to the site. "I don't know Chris Brown, but in the upcoming days, I need to talk to him. We're sharing something that's important. Our two little girls."

Nia still goes by her married name, Guzman-Amey, and married Terry when she was only 20 years old, back in 2003.

Terry claims he didn't know that Brown was the father of Royalty until last week, which sounds just like the Karrueche Tran story. MStars News previously learned that Tran found out about the baby a few days before it leaked to the media.

"I am the missing link," Terry claims, "because of the simple fact that I was married to her when she got pregnant."

He added, "I filed for divorce because Nia was pregnant, but I never did ask who the father was."

Terry, 47, confirmed that his daughter and Royalty are now living in Houston with their mother.

"They're going to grow up together," the ex-husband says. "That's her sister."

As for his feelings towards the other guy claiming that he was Royalty's father. Terry claims he just wants some attention because he's and up-and-coming rapper.

"He doesn't know what he's talking about. He needs attention, he's an upcoming rapper," he said. "I'm not an upcoming anything. I know my family."

Terry also seems to have nothing but love for his ex-wife, and revealed that he hasn't spoken to Nia about the Chris Brown situation.

"If you speak to someone out of anger, you'll say the wrong thing," he said. "There shouldn't be a fight when children are involved."

"Nia's not like that," Terry claims when it comes to his ex breaking up Karrueche Tran's relationship with Breezy. "She's a wonderful mother, and what she does in her spare time, that's her spare time."

"I'm grateful for meeting her," he added. "At the end of the day, he's got a beautiful little girl, and I've got a beautiful little girl."

According to Hollywood Life, Terry claims that the media is the one making the news more chaotic.

"It might be a shock to the world being that Chris Brown is a father and now he's going to have to step up to do right thing," Terry claims. "But at the same time I'm a god-loving person and I have to forgive to give my message."

"Social media is making it worse than what it is. But nobody is perfect," he explained. "When you're in this industry all types of things are going to happen. It's not just happening with my ex-wife - it's all women in the industry. When you allow persuasion and [being] misled to guide you, things are going to happen. It is what it is. It's a part of growing."

As for Karrueche Tran's whereabouts, last time we checked she was partying with her pal, Christina Milian after breaking up with Brown.
