Two former nannies of the infamous Octomom Nadya Suleman have come forward with allegations of sexual abuse and child neglect against the mommy of 14 - claims which 37-year-old Suleman heatedly denies. The Orange County District Attorney's Office received the case from LA Habra police Friday morning, but reports have it Suleman will not be prosecuted and no charges will be pressed because there is no sufficient evidence. According to Octomom's manager Gina Rodriguez, the allegations are "totally" false and one of the nannies in question, who actually became obsessed with the children, merely wants to write a book and make money from all the "negative" press surrounding Suleman and her kids.
According to D.A. chief of staff Susan Kang Schroeder, following an investigation into the alleged claims there was "insufficient evidence to prove anyone [had] committed a crime in that home." The identifies of the two former nannies have yet to be released, but they told reporters that they had witnessed one of the older children sexually abusing one of the younger siblings and that they believed the kids were ultimately "in danger."
According to manager Rodriguez, the child endangerment claims are complete libelous babble, she recently told the Daily News: "None of the allegations are true. This [one nanny] is a woman who became obsessed with the children and contacted me to help her write a book. Her and the other woman claiming to be a nanny also are good friends and are trying to make money. This is why Nadya chose to move far away. The woman has been stalking Nadya, calling the kids and texting Nadya threatening text messages that she would go to police unless Nadya brought her the children. Nadya will be going after the two women for slander."
The two "nannies" told CBS that Suleman had once tied her eight newborns to their beds with cheese cloths around their waists to keep them from squirming away. She would also ignore them for hours while she took time to nap.
Now that it looks like Suleman will not face any charges, she can spend time preparing for her upcoming "roast" by the cast of a drag review known as called Hot Mess at the XL Cabaret in New York City.
