Kim Kardashian Unveils New Snow-White Hair Color in Paris and Attends Husband Kanye West's Paris Concert

First came the cut, and now color. Kim Kardashian's bold, new snow-white hair color has heads turning and the internet buzzing. Kardashian first debuted her shocking new platinum hue alongside hubby Kanye West as they attended shows during Paris Fashion Week and took to Instagram to shout out the beauty team who made the look possible. She also attended her husband's concert.

"So I went platinum!! I have the best team!" she wrote in the caption of herself still donning a salon cape. "Thank you to @joycebonelli for being my inspiration and introducing me to @GregoryRussellHair who cut my hair & put this team together! Thank you @LorriGoddard_ who dyed my hair & got this color in one try! Not an easy task!"

She then showed off another, even blonder version of the haircut as she left high-end Paris salon L'Atelie Saturday, March 7. According to The Daily Mail, she spent three hours inside getting her hair dyed as snow-white as possible before heading off to attend her husband's concert later that night.

Kim has always flirted with lighter locks, but she always seems to return to her signature dark and sexy look. She first went blonde in 2009 after her breakup with NFL star Reggie Bush. Back then, her stylist Rebecca Friedmand told People Kardashian "was pretty brave -- she's never colored her hair before. She was really excited for a change and ready to do something different. She'd always talked about going blonde and finally mustered up the courage to do it for real."

Back then, she thought platinum blonde was too dramatic.

"We couldn't take her platinum because her coloring is too dark -- you have to take into account not only her hair color, but her eyes and skin color. We wanted to keep it really healthy and shiny and keep a minkier, darker base so that it didn't go brassy, so it looked more natural and sun-kissed, like she'd been at the beach all summer," she said.

But that advice is now old news. After indulging in the ombre trend for a few months in 2013, Kardashian has embraced the shocking, platinum blonde look in a bold, new way.
