Rumors suggest that the "Buy a Heart" collaborators have been dating for several months now. Apparently, Minaj is falling "head-over-heels" for the popular Maybach Music Group hypeman.

And are the two now ready to throw a baby into the mix?

According to the infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, the 32-year-old YMCMB sweetheart was recently spotted at a Chris Brown concert with her new boyfriend on Sunday (March 8). And it's rather curious that she didn't take a sip of alcohol throughout the entire evening. Instead, she traded cocktails for lollipops! Fellow concert goers claim that Minaj was sucking-on "special" lozenges designed to stop and fight nausea. These sweet treats are typically referred to as "pregnancy pops" (view the photos here).

An alleged "celebrity insider" for MTO reveals that Minaj was absolutely glowing and she couldn't stop smiling with her friends. The source supposedly confirms, "She was sucking on a 'pregnancy pop,' so I know she's pregnant."
