Beyonce Super Bowl Halftime Performer: Jay-Z May Perform Alongside His Wife

Beyonce is set to perform in the Super Bowl XLVII (47) halftime show.  According to the Associated Press, an anonymous source leaked the information today.

Beyonce performance is set to boost rating records for the anticipated halftime performance. Alongside, of the men who will be watching the game which will be held at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA, women are expected to be glued to the screen also. 

During her husband's eight night concert series at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, the couple drew so much media and fan attention worldwide.  During the closing night, the super couple surprised the arena with a collaboration featuring Beyonce.

This will be Beyonce first Super Bowl Halftime appearance but her second performance at the Super Bowl XLVII when Beyonce sung the National Anthem, which is considered to be one of the best renditions yet. Queen Bee always pulls all the stops for each and every one of her concerts and is never afraid to push the limits.

Knowing the kind of star power and entertainment pull Beyonce has, it wouldn't be a surprise to see what star guest she may bring out. Maybe her husband, Jay-Z would surprise another crowd since he's collaborated on her first number 1 hit "Crazy in Love," amongst many other songs.

An official announcement is said to be made Wednesday.
