Reports confirm that pop star Justin Timberlake and fiancée Jessica Biel are prepared to share "I dos" at a secret and intimate wedding location in southern Italy sometime this week. After a 10-month engagement, sources tell Us Weekly that the Hollywood couple is finally ready to make their five-year relationship official - but hope to keep the celebration out of the public's eye.
According to an Us Weekly inside source, "they are ready to get married" and plan on doing so at an intimate, rustic ceremony to be attended only by close friends and family. Apparently 31-year-old Timberlake and 30-year-old Biel kicked off wedding festivities on Tuesday (Oct. 16), but their security crew is taking "extra precautions" to keep the location top-secret. According to a report in Life & Style, "Guests were warned that any phones or cameras would be confiscated, so best to leave them at the hotel."
Timberlake proposed to Biel at a luxury mountain resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming last December with a luxurious 6-carat diamond ring. Since then the wedding rumors have been buzzing - some reports had it that the couple got hitched at an impromptu ceremony back in August at the same location where Timberlake popped the big question. But after a hit Las Vegas bachelor party in September, mysterious wedding dress shopping sessions, and numerous trips to Europe, it looks like the special day has finally arrived.
At a recent press conference for his film "Trouble with the Curve" Timberlake said about his actress fiancée, "She's a really, really, really special person. Plus, she's really, really, hot! I think it's important to remember that you go into something like marriage knowing that you don't know very much about it at all. But I do look at the marriage of my mother and stepdad, and what makes it work for them is that it's a team effort."
Congrats to the happy couple with their soon-to-be Italian wedding! Stay tuned for updates on the top-secret (but sure to be beautiful) wedding ceremony!
