Keeping with the recent number of flashbacks we've been seeing in the later episodes of this season, we open with a scene from Lucas' past. It turns out he signed up for the Army, but after getting in trouble for beating up his drill instructor, was taken to some sort of secret government location for an unknown reason.

Perhaps we're seeing this flashback because Hood's friends are in a similar situation: strapped to chairs. Job has a fan, but things are looking pretty bleak for him and the others.

Meanwhile, Proctor gets stitched up by Burton and takes out some of his frustrations on Rebecca, but she's not too happy with him either:

Hood meets up with Stowe, who is straight up steaming at this situation. He apparently had no idea Lucas was involved in the robbery, but the Sheriff lays it all on the table. But don't forget how dangerous and smart Stowe is. By knocking his ring on his desk and noticing that Hood has a specific reaction to it, he deduces that he's been a soldier (i.e. the opening scene).

We jump back into that flashback and find out that Hood's dad was abusive. His interrogator, with the promise of water, makes Hood admit to killing his own father - but did he really do it?

Stowe shows Hood that his friends are still alive so that he'll go get the money to return it. As Lucas exits, he hears Sugar's screams and he winces knowing he can't do much to help.

Bunker meets up with his brother, Calvin (Chris Coy), vowing to shut down the Brotherhood. It turns out Calvin is pretty important in the organization and won't take his big brother's advice. Later on in the episode, we find out that Deputy Bunker isn't joking around, either. In front of Brock, he almost chokes out an old friend. It's broken up, but we see a scary side of Bunker.

In another flashback, we find out that Lucas was interrogated by "something different" than the Army. Until we find out exactly what that means, we see Lucas and Gordon stocking up on weapons before taking on Stowe. They break into the military base, with Gordon taking out most of the targets with some powerful artillery. Stowe isn't too happy about this and has one of his stroke-like episodes. Job, Sugar and Carrie are breaking free during this initial attack. We even get to see Sugar's jab!

Proctor is about to start his own war, too. With the help from his drug partners, he's going to take on the Black Beards in Philadelphia. Burton, of course, just heads straight into battle, with Proctor and Rebecca close behind. Proctor gets to Frazier by killing all of his men. Morales cuts off his head with his new sword.

Stowe takes on Carrie while Job has a rematch with Stowe's right-hand-man. Basically, we get to see the fights we want to see! Job kills his guy while Carrie loses the upper hand to Stowe. Plus, Gordon gets shot!

After taking out everyone else, Hood and the gang are one short of a victory, as Stowe comes out with a gun to Carrie's head. Hood is reminded of Chayton killing Siobhan in this instance, but before he freaks out too much, Gordon pulls off an amazing shot to Stowe's hand. Carrie then guts him with his own knife.

We forgot about Job's number one fan! The computer shoots our favorite computer hacker, and then knocks him out with a sleeper hold. Lucas can't manage to save his friend from being taken away in a helicopter. We assume finding Job will play a huge part in season 4.

It looks like Gordon's going to bleed out, and he says some pretty dumb lines, but hey, that's Gordon for you! He dies in Carrie's arms.

We're treated to one last flashback learning that Hood was recruited by an "elite group." Obviously, this just adds more mystery to Lucas.

The season ends with some quick scenes too wrap up 2015: Hood resigns his post as Sheriff, Bunker gets his tattoos burned off by his brother, and Proctor smirks at finding out Hood isn't the Sheriff anymore!
