The latest round of WWE rumors details the possible winners of the matches at WrestleMania 31 and other news about the event, so let's dive into it. As always, these are just rumors, so please treat them as such.

The latest reports say the early indications are that the winners at WrestleMania 31 will be Roman Reigns over Brock Lesnar, Sting over Triple H, Undertaker over Bray Wyatt, and John Cena over Rusev. Of course, these are just rumors at this point and these plans could always change at a moment's notice.

Reports say Rusev will be getting an elaborate, special entrance at Mania, but he might not be the only one. Rumors say a casting agency is seeking extras to play scarecrows at the event. This would most likely be for Sting's entrance, but it could also be for Bray Wyatt.

In other news, The Ascension is more or less fizzled out from the WWE's perspective, and the indication is the company has all but given up on the tag team. The Ascension could return after WrestleMania 31 but even if they do return in the next few weeks, it likely wouldn't be in any significant capacity.

Finally, there's some speculation that WWE could institute the Freebird Rule for the WWE Tag Team Championships. For those unfamiliar with the rule, it allows any members of a stable to defend the tag team titles at any time. So, for example, Kofi Kingston and Big E could defend the belts on one night, and then Big E and Xavier Woods could defend it the next night.
