Uh-oh: Theresa Caputo is once again under fire for fakery on her show Long Island Medium. Secrets behind the psychic's TV show are being revealed, and it seems Caputo has a little bit of explaining to do. The newest scandal came during the Season 7 premiere, which debuted last week on TLC, and it appears Teresa had one of her "spur of the moment" readings actually set up months in advance.

Anyone who's a fan of the show will remember that Caputo stopped at a teashop while bringing her daughter Victoria to college during the March 8 episode. While it was made to seem like the trip was a last-minute stop, new reports are claiming the visit had actually been planned months in advance.

According to Radar Online, the star had set up an appointment at the shop called A New Leaf with the owner back in August to film in their store.

The owner of the drinkery, Kimberly Orlic, opened up about the set-up to Caputo's local newspaper, saying that the production team for the TLC show had called her to make the arrangements.

"I was asked to sign a nondisclosure [agreement] before I knew the show's name, and soon after was told the name but wasn't told any date," the shop owner explained. "They said, 'We saw your shop and think it's a great location to shoot a TV show.''

Orlic also explained that she was told a day before Caputo arrived that her and her daughter were coming to do a reading, but it was all prepped like a scripted show, as she explained that the store workers were all told to act surprised when Teresa walked in.

But despite all the smoke and mirrors, it seems Orlic and her team had a good time with it.

"It was a really cool experience and lots of fun to see it happen from the back end," the star told the news site.
