'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Still Fighting Mother Barbara for Son Jace: Custody Battle Will Continue Even After MTV Star's Bloody Fight with Nathan Griffith!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is not giving up her custody battle over her son Jace with mom Barbara Evans even after fiancé Nathan Griffith was arrested for domestic violence after their bloody fight. Now, the MTV stars are getting ready to go to court to decide the matter.

"Jenelle really believes that she is the best parent for Jace to have," a source told Radar Online, against her mother's wishes. "She lectures Jenelle as always about how she should stay single and not go back to Nathan."

According to Radar, the source believed the arrest "was blown out of proportion," and won't affect custody. Apparently, the controversial reality couple is banking on the fact that there will be no more blowups in the future.

"It seems likely that as long as no other incidents occur, Jenelle should be able to get custody," the source told the gossip site.

As MStars News reported, the reality dad's no contact order will be lifted on Monday, which means he and Jenelle will be able to get back together in only a few days. The mother of two has even been contacted to see if she needs any help in the situation.

"A victims advocate group reached out to Jenelle and told her that they are sending her a packet in the mail," another source told Radar. "Jenelle is supposed to send the packet back stating if she has any medical expenses that need to be reimbursed."

"Jenelle is also supposed to check a box that asks her if she wants the charges against Nathan dropped," the source continued. "She then has to write a statement about why. Jenelle plans to do that as soon as possible and send it back to the victims advocate group."
