Sam Smith is looking quite smaller these days, as he revealed that he lost 14 pounds earlier this week.

"Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside," Smith told his fans.

Freer is a certified nutritional therapist, functional medical practitioner, and author of best selling book Eat. Nourish. Glow.

With her help of a gluten, dairy and refined-sugar-free diet, the Grammy winner has been changing his life for the better. Smith even started to add workouts with his diet.

Smith revealed that he broke up with his boyfriend during an interview at the Grammys.

Hopefully his new look will get him some new action in the love department. Smith revealed that he still talked to his ex from time to time; "We still keep in touch."

Smith hopes that he can get a new boyfriend despite all of his success. "A boyfriend would be nice," he previously stated.

If Smith keeps up the positive changes in life, we know love will find him as well.
