'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Kylie Jenner Shares First Look Inside New $2.7 Million House on Instagram

Kylie Jenner just became the most popular teenager on her block. The 17-year-old rumored high school dropout and Keeping Up With The Kardashians co-star reportedly scored a new house for $2.7 million, one block away from half-sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian inside the Kardashian family's gated community in Calabasas. Jenner, rapper Tyga's rumored girlfriend, took to instagram and posted the first Instagram photos of her new house with the caption, "so much work to still be done! IM SO EXCITED."

LA Times reports Jenner's new solar-powered "Mediterranean-style" house, built in 2006, comes with "two built-in entertainment centers, a library/study, a breakfast bar[...]five bedrooms and six bathrooms[...]There's also a courtyard and a three-car garage[...]a covered patio with a 26-foot-long dining table, a barbecue center and a swimming pool with a spa." Being a teenager with her own place also probably means the house comes with a set of new built-in friends and a reputation for being the coolest teenager in the neighborhood.

According to the New York Daily News, Jenner reportedly covered the "majority" of the price of the house "with her own cash," though mom Kris Jenner helped with the process of buying the property. Previously, on an episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now, Kris Jenner admitted that now that her daughter has her own place, she feels "like an empty nester" and was "dreading the day Kylie would leave," the Daily Mail reports. "Khloé bought a house this year, and Kourtney bought a house this year, and Kendall bought a house this year, and Kim bought a new house this year," Jenner said, explaining that her daughter's move out of the Kardashian family home would be difficult to accept. "She keeps reminding me daily that she's 17 and there's only a few months left until she's 18. I ignore her because that's going to be weird and hard."
