Actor Tom Hanks delivered a hilarious poem focused on the hit 1990s family sitcom "Full House" on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" Tuesday evening (Oct. 23). Hanks, decked out in a black turtleneck sweater and classy mustache, performed the impromptu (and very serious) slam poetry sesh in front of a chuckling and delighted crowd. Uncle Jesse and Kimmy Gibbler would be proud!

Hanks, who appeared on the late-night talk show to promote his highly-anticipated upcoming film "Cloud Atlas," included many famous "Full House" catchphrases in his monologue, including "Have Mercy!" "How Rude!" "Good morning, San Francisco!" and "Cut it out!" Hanks' dramatic dialogue reinvents the infamous "Beach Boy Bingo" episode, where little DJ Tanner wins tickets over the radio to see the Beach Boys (Uncle Jesse's favorite band) in concert. Watch the entertaining slam poem below:

Even at 56, looks like Hanks can still summon up a few good laughs!
