On the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner get caught up on the details of Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian's trip to Ottowa for a Halloween party. The conversation quickly becomes an argument between Kourtney Kardashian and Disick. In a KUWTK deleted scene, Disick tells his longtime girlfriend, Kardashian that he doesn't want to look at her face anymore.

According to the exclusive clip from E! NewsDisick mentions attending the party dressed as an "Arab Sheik," which earned him much-deserved criticism for "perpetuating a stereotypical and monolothic image of Arab culture," as Buzzfeed reports. Disick and Khloe Kardashian, dressed as a cat, reportedly drew social media backlash when Kardashian posted an Instagram photo of the two in costume, captioned "Sheik P*ssy."

In the clip, Disick wonders why much of the anger over the photo and offensive caption seemed to be directed at Kardashian's Instagram account rather than his own post of a similar photo. When Kourtney Kardashian comments that Disick is known for saying "obnoxious and crazy things," which might make his post less shocking to fans who have come to expect his antics, Disick lashes out at Kardashian, telling her he wishes he didn't have to look at her when he's talking to her. "That would be nice," Kardashian says.

Currently, Disick is reportedly undergoing treatment in Costa Rica for his addiction problem that had long put a strain on his relationship with Kardashian. According to Kardashian, Disick is "doing well" so far, despite rumors that Disick left rehab early and has been spotted out partying. She says she hopes Disick's stay in rehab will help strengthen their relationship.
