Basketball Wives: L.A. reality star Sundy Carter is reportedly suing her co-stars, Malaysia Pargo and Draya Michele for punching her and causing black eye during filming last season.

The fight from 2013's Season 3 has resurfaced after Sundy filed a police report March 25, but TMZ is reporting that the statute of limitations has been exceeded since the fight was nearly two years ago, but was able to file a civil lawsuit against the women.

The newest VH1 reality star sys that the fight has caused some serious damage to her eye socket and may have permanently damaged her eye causing her blurry vision and now has to wear glasses.

During epsiode 6 of Season 3,  Draya brought her claws out in a drunken fight with Sundy. The "Fine Ass Girls" fashion designer punched her co-star in the eye after an argument about her stripper days as "Miami."

The reality star seemed relaxed when Carter began to reveal Michele's past as a stripper receiving tips for her exotic moves, however, off camera Michele didn't seem too overwhelmed with her secrets coming to light saying, "yea, that's what a stripper does! You f**kin' genius."

The verbal argument escalated into a physical brawl once the ladies mentioned each other's children, and Michele pounced over the couch, hitting Carter in the eye.

Michele decided to tweet about the episode adding more jabs to Carter's black eye via twitter.

"F**k yo eye and that baby phat sweat suit."

"Lol they said she got knocked into Mundy ......"

"Lol. She's mad. It's in the blogs. Seen her ass 2 weeks ago she ain't want it again. Old hag."

"2 weeks ago she ain't want it when I was at her front door. Lol. Proof."

"The winner never wants a rematch."
