Bethenny Frankel might be bringing the drama on the all-new season of The Real Housewives of New York, but apparently the starlet has just as much drama off screen as she does on. Frankel appeared on Andy Cohen's talk show, Watch What Happens Live, this weekend and while we loved watching her make her reappearance, not everyone was receptive of her interview. In fact, it turns out that her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, was so unimpressed by what she had to say that he is actually taking legal action against the Bravo star.

According to Radar Online, Hoppy told the news site that he was looking at exploring legal options against the RHOBH star because of what she said on the program. While this would most likely cause anyone to take pause, it doesn't seem like Frankel is letting this affect her.

"Bethenny isn't going to back down- not to Jason, and not to anyone!" an insider explained. "This divorce has lasted almost as long as the length of the marriage, Custody issues have been settled, but the property settlement is still being hammered out."

However, while Hoppy threatened to take Bethenny to court again, the starlet didn't say anything against him in her Bravo interview.

"The threat of more legal action doesn't scare Bethenny at all," the insider explained. "She didn't criticize Jason as a father, and only said marriage wasn't for her. Jason needs to move on and stop hauling her into court every single time he gets upset about a perceived snub."

In the clip posted to Bravo TV, Bethenny didn't mention anything about Jason. She just explained that she would never get legally married again. She even explained that she didn't do the interview to trash talk anyone.

"I don't want to come in here and start trashing the situation- it's not good for anyone and it doesn't help anyone," Frankel stated.
