Brace yourselves, Rihanna fans. Rihanna released a new song, new single "B*tch Better Have My Money" today.

She first teased the track by releasing visual art on Instagram and Twitter on Wednesday. The Frida Kahlo-inspired cover art made the rounds quickly, inspiring fans to speculate about whether or not Rihanna would follow in the steps of Beyoncé and rapper Kendrick Lamar and surprise-release a brand new album.

She then released snippets of the track on the app Dubsmash Thursday morning, before releasing the whole thing on iTunes later in the day.

She'll perform the track for the first time ever during the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday, March 29, live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

The single is from Rihanna's still-unnamed eighth studio album. It will be her first new body of work since 2012's Unapologetic. As of now, there's no release date for the project.

"B*tch Better Have My Money" is a departure from the stripped, acoustic Kanye West and Paul McCartney collaboration "FourFiveSeconds" that dropped in January. In the new single, Rihanna returns to her up-tempo club-anthem sound, full of her characteristic braggadocio.

Sample lyrics from "B*tch Better Have My Money?"

"Turn up to Rihanna while the whole club f*ckin' wasted/Every time I drive by, I'm the only thing they're playin," and, "Your wife in the backseat of my brand new foreign car/Don't act like you forgot I call all the shots."

Oh yes, ratchet Rih Rih is back.

Though it's the singer's first official single, Rihanna has been quietly releasing new tunes for a few months now. Snippets of new song, "American Oxygen" were played throughout March Madness, and she wrote new songs for her new animated flick, Home. In the film, she stars as Tip, the female lead. The song "Towards the Sun," an optimistic, happy song that features a children's choir and uplifting lyrics, will appear on the film's soundtrack.
