‘Last Man on Earth’ Will Forte Sings About Shaving His Beard on ‘Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' [WATCH]

If you've been keeping up with Will Forte's FOX series The Last Man on Earth, then you know that his character Phil Miller recently shaved his beard once Man Men's January Jones hit the show. And while she and Kristen Schaal might miss his beard, it looks like no one misses it more so than the show's lead himself. The former Saturday Night Live player recently sat down with The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon to discuss his FOX show and the aforementioned facial hair. And just because he can, Forte sang an Ode to His Beard...

What better fodder for comedy than going through a depression about shaving your beard off? Surely any guy who has the ability (and enough testosterone) to grow a beard can relate.

The below bit kicks off with Forte talking about how his mother asked for his beard remnants in order to do an art project. Apparently she does art projects based on her son's work. Which is absolutely wonderful, no?

Afterwards, Fallon asked Forte to perform a song, as he does every time the comic shows up on the famed NBC show.
