Just when Tyga thought he was having an excellent day at his LA Gear shoe launch party, the rapper was served with legal documents Tuesday, March 31, by a man who also bought two pairs of the new shoes. According to TMZ, Tyga was signing away on his new shoe boxes when a man came up to take a photo with the rapper and get his autograph, but then handed him over some papers! Tyga's shoe release was held at Shiekh Shoes in Hollywood, where celebrities including Christina Milian and her BFF Karrueche Tran attended Tyga's release and got the new kicks, along with some other items. One person who seemed notably absent from Tuesday's event was Tyga's rumored girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

According to the Inquisitr, Jenner and her older boyfriend was spotted in Los Angeles having lunch together over the weekend.

The rapper had fans going crazy over the Instagram post of Kylie when he wrote a cryptic caption that read: "Certain things catch your eye, but only few capture the heart."

TMZ claimed the man who served Tyga papers stood in line for more than two hours. Tyga is apparently being sued for owing someone some money.

In the video clip, Tyga seemed a little irritated by the man, but manageed to keep a calm, straight face.

After the man served Tyga the papers, the man told TMZ cameras that he gave the rapper "summons to appear in court." He revealed that Tyga "isn't paying somebody some money," but claimed "he doesn't know" who the person is.

The man who served the papers also said, "I didn't have to [buy those shoes] but I bought them anyway. I was standing in line for two hours."

This is hilarious! Tyga better pay up before he gets embarrassed again.
