'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Custody Update: Did Baby Daddy Adam Lind Get More Time with Daughter Aubree from the MTV Mom?

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska may be in love with boyfriend Cole DeBoer, but she can't get the drama with baby daddy Adam Lind out of her life. The MTV star's latest run-in with her ex happened in court for their awful custody battle over daughter Aubree.

"Adam served Chelsea with papers in January, wanting unsupervised visits with Aubree and to be able to drive in the car with her," a source told Radar Online. "Both Chelsea and Adam went to court on Monday about his request."

For her side, the reality star told the judge why Adam shouldn't be granted any of those benefits.

"She brought up his long history of arrests and allegations of steroid use," the source said.

Another reason was the horrific accident little Aubree endured while driving on a dirt bike with her father. She suffered cuts on her body that were shown on the MTV reality show.

In the end, Chelsea won the court fight with the judge denying her ex's request, according to Radar.

"The judge said Adam has to go 6 months without any arrests or trouble before he will even think about changing the visitation," the source told the gossip site.

Some are saying the father of two is only trying to be in his daughter's life more because they are shooting the next season for MTV.

"He always tries to make it look like he's trying when they're filming," another source said.

However, that didn't last long with Adam getting arrested right after court for not paying child support to his other baby mama Taylor Halbur.

As MStars News reported, the South Dakota bad boy recently got a vasectomy to make sure he won't have any more kids. This thrilled Chelsea since she won't have to deal with any more baby mamas.

"Chelsea wanted to laugh when she heard about Adam's vasectomy," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "She didn't believe it at first, but once she realized he actually had done it, she thought it was probably one of the wisest decisions Adam has ever made!"
