Are you a fan of science? How about comedian Jimmy Pardo? How about Pardo's podcast Never Not Funny? How about CONAN? Well, if you answered yes to them all, we've got great news for you: the famed comedian is gearing up to host a new game show for the Science Channel titled Race to Escape.

Much like the now-famed Escape the Room and others like it, which locks a group of people in a room and gives them an hour to get out using several clues inside the room, Pardo's new Science series will pin two teams of strangers against one another. All of whom are trapped in a room and forced to try and get out using hidden clues.

The new competition show is Science Channel's attempt to bring their shows to a wider audience. General manager Rita Mullin notes, "It's a little bit of a psychology show. ... You see an interesting social dynamic different in every group of three."

Race to Escape has yet to receive a solid air date, but reports from TV Insider notes that it will kick off sometime in July.

Aside from the new Science Channel show, Pardo remains a heavy voice over at the CONAN stage, acting as the host's opening act, and even appearing every so often on the show.

Check out some of his best bits below:

Alongside his Never Not Funny co-host Matt Belknap, the two host an annual telethon for the charity Smile Train titled Pardcast-A-Thon. The charity aims to help children with cleft palates. This year's event raised $156, 088.14.
