Monyetta Shaw Met Ne-Yo’s Rumored Wife Crystal Renay, Thought He'd Sow Oats and Come Back

When it comes to love and the way Ne-Yo's songs makes you feel, you would think he would be talking about his own fairytale love story ... but that isn't the case if you ask his ex-fiancee Monyetta Shaw. She met his rumored wife Crystal Renay, all the while thinking he'd sow his oats and come back.

MStars News has learned that the R&B singer's ex and baby mama is shedding light on life behind the scenes of her world as a heartbroken woman, raising two kids Mason and Madilyn with a man she thought would be her Prince Charming.

During an interview with Juicy Magazine, Shaw revealed how hard it was for her to move on from Ne-Yo, learning that the father of her kids found love once again. "Girl, I'm going to be real, I'm human. Maybe I'm saying too much, but I'm going to say it. Because everybody saw me on the show, and I was completely vulnerable and open, I'm not mad at admitting this. Of course I knew that he would, you know, in my head, he was going to sow his oats and come back home when he was ready," Shaw admitted. "And maybe that's what everybody else thought, but life happens, and I'm OK with it. I'm human -- at times it didn't feel good, but I understand everything happens for a reason, and God has a plan, so all is well." Shaw, a reality star on Atlanta Exes claims that the VH1 show is still in question. The former fiancee of Ne-Yo said, "Honestly, we haven't gotten an official word, but since we were a franchise, you know, we're just all under the assumption that, unfortunately, we were not going to come back as well. But, like I said, we haven't gotten any letters or anything, so no official word, so we're still hopeful -- definitely me because I need to tell the other side of my story." After his breakup from Shaw, Ne-Yo has been spotted with his new girlfriend Crystal Renay on red carpets and, from the looks of things, these two look happy, but are they married?

You would think the mother of Ne-Yo's children would be bitter or even upset, wanting some type of revenge, but if you ask her, Shaw actually wishes her ex "the best."

During the chat with Juicy Shaw, she mentioned her first meeting with Ne-Yo's new girlfriend.

“Actually, it’s funny that you asked that, I recently met her -- I met her this weekend. As a mother, it’s my duty to meet the person that’s potentially going to be around my kids. And, like you said, the initials [Ne-Yo and Crystal recently got each other’s initials tattooed on their ring fingers] and everything -- they hot and heavy over there. Can’t be mad at that, you know. I have wished him the best and everything, I still do, and I felt like it was time, you know. It’s definitely time for me to meet her, get to know her, well start to get to know her, and that’s what I did. Actually, it was all good -- pleasantly surprised."

Monyetta quickly put the rumors to bed that were swirling around about Ne-Yo and Crystal tying the knot,. Monyetta said no when she was asked if they were married.

As for Monyetta's own dating life, the mother of two admitted she was dating again.

"I'm dating the same someone [as the last time she and I talked], but let's not get too happy, but I'm seeing other people -- it's not anything serious. I like him, but I do have kids, you know, everything with me is going to happen slower just to make sure. But I'm definitely getting out there more, very, very happy and content, and so I'm in a very good place right now I will say."

Good for her!
