Ariel Winter Caught in Sexual Act With Older Man by Mother: 'Modern Family' Star's Mom False Accusations?

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter's mother has accused her of levelling false allegations against her for not letting Ariel to involve in sexual act with her 18-years-old boyfriend.

In a statement, Chrystal Workman claimed that she caught her teenage daughter in bed with an adult guy and she claims that to be inappropriate for her young age and she feels the responsibility as mother to protect her.

Workman's available with Dailymail reads:

"My fourteen-year-old daughter has been dating an eighteen-and-a-half-year-old man, and when I caught them engaging in behavior that I feel my daughter is too young mentally and physically to understand and fully grasp I put a stop to it immediately.

'I love my daughter very much. I would never abuse her in anyway and I have always tried my best to always protect her and do what is right for her.'

The incident report states that Chrystal caught Ariel in bed with her boyfriend on 24 September at around 10pm.

She added: 'Because legally he is an adult and if he wants to engage in adult behavior with a minor then he should also be ready to suffer adult consequences for his actions."

Workman lost custody of Winter, after the judge determined allegations of abusing her daughter against her. And, there are speculations that Workman may be concocting stories about her daughter's physical relationship in order to save her face.

According to TMZ, thye mother of the television star is making up stories after she was stripped of custody.  "Law enforcement sources tell they're not buying Chrystal's claim Ariel was involved in a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old boy, largely because the mom never went to cops until AFTER she lost custody on October 3 -- even though she claims the affair's been going on since the beginning of summer," reported the celebrity website.
