Season 2 of the hit medical reality show, Botched, brings back viewers to the operating rooms on E! Dealing with operations gone horribly wrong, renowned plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, along with reality star Tiffany Pollard (I Love New York), kickstart in entertaining and uplifting premiere.

As we previously mentioned, Botched, chronicles stories of plastic surgeries gone awry. Viewers follow the doctors, who are committed to helping patients go from botched to regaining their beauty once again. The all-star plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, are challenged to work with everyone from famous television, sports, and music stars to disfigured burn victims.

Before the second season premiere on E!, let's talk about what makes this show entertaining and personal. What's fascinating about the show is how each relatable patient speaks about their pain and emotional stress of surgeries gone wrong. The cameras then follow these two doctors at the operating table. The show then flashes-forwards, presenting the patients after they have fully recovered from the operations.

What this critic really likes about the reality show is how Nassif and Dubrow are naturally charismatic when they're together in a shot. The two are quite likable and friendly when they talk with their patents. The mood turns serious as they are professional in the operating room. Upholding ethical standards, their patient's health is the utmost importance.

Larger than life onscreen, Pollard steals the spotlight when she steps into their office. But what makes the show stand out is when the episode turns to Christina, a burn victim since she was a child. Notice how Christina covers her disfigured mouth when she's eating, as if she's afraid of the public watching her. Her sad tale turns into an emotional and inspirational story by the conclusion.

A great start to the second season, viewers are definitely going to enjoy Botched.
