Bethenny Frankel might be in the middle of her divorce from Jason Hoppy but the Real Housewives of New York season seven starlet doesn't seem to be backing down in the intense legal proceedings. In fact, the former talk show host is actually doing the exact opposite. While the legal issues have been taking a while to sort out it seems that Frankel is the one holding everything up.

According to Radar Online, the last thing that needs to be taken care of is the former couple's Tribeca apartment that her and Jason shared, but because neither one is budging on giving up the residency, the divorce is still in the courts.

"The divorce is being dragged out and the reason is all Bethenny," an insider told the news site. "She refuses to sign off on giving the Tribeca apartment to Jason. Jason has remained in the renovated loft, with Bryn, 4, since Bethenny filed for divorce."

While Frankel might have moved out of the location into a new apartment, it is the principle of the matter, as she has stated that she would rather sell the property than have it be part of her settlement, according to The Inquistr.

"Even though Bethenny has finally moved into another apartment, Bethenny wants the Tribeca loft sold, and doesn't want Jason to be given the apartment as part of the divorce settlement," the insider explained.

However, Jason feels like he is owed the property, as Bethenny is the one that filed for divorce in the first place.

"Jason is refusing to budge, and wants to stay. The building offers excellent security, and he wasn't the person to bail on the marriage, Bethenny was," the site explained. "Bethenny can more than afford to give Jason the apartment, and he feels he is owed it."
