Former video vixen Karrine Steffans responds to her playful Drake lip-sync session on Instagram that was aimed for Lil Wayne after fans suspected she was trying to win back the OVO rapper's attention.

The grainy black-and-white video shows the singer lip-synching to Drake's song, "My Side" and explained that her first encounter with the rapper wasn't nice and that the song reminded her of her alleged boyfriend, Lil Wayne or maybe another mystery man.

"Someone please tell Drake I'm sorry I wasn't nice to him when we met. I was faded. And cocky. And Wayne was right there. Watching us. And now I feel like he's making me pay for what happened that night by making me sad about the end of a relationship I never had. And I just rather stay up in my NY condo and I don't even have one. I don't know why we're wasting our relationship on a relationship. Whatever the fuck that means. And I don't know why I never come to where he stay at. Maybe b/c I don't know where the fuck he lives. I'm so emo and so confused. Aw man. #myside," she wrote in her caption.

After so much backlash, Karrine slammed her critics and explained that there was not underlining meaning and that she wasn't trying to win the young rapper's heart, "Do you see how people are? Do you see how fast they are to demonize me? To call me all sorts names and degrade me? And all because I was having fun with Drake's new song, MY SIDE. Last night's post was a play on this song's lyrics, except for the first couple sentences. I was mean to Drake when I met him because, well, his facial hair is too perfect. Actually, Wayne was right there and I just wasn't trying to make it seem like I was interested. So, I said some asshole shit but whatever. I'm a jerk. Other than that, the rest of last night's post was based on these lyrics and everyone who hadn't heard the song yet, just assumed...I don't know what they assumed...but it just goes to show how ignorant, ill-informed people run around saying shit and how wrong they always are. Just sitting outside the circle wrong as fuck all the damn time."
