Looks like Bravo channel's Jeff Lewis is currently "Flipping Out" over assistant Jenni Pulos for her new upcoming tell-all book, "Hang in There, Baby -- What One of the World's Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About Life, Work and Love" (shortened to just "Hang in There, Baby"). The memoir has yet to even be released and Lewis has already sued his reality show sidekick for supposed breach of a confidentiality agreement. 42-year-old Lewis is asking for "a preliminary and permanent injunction" against Pulos from "publishing any and all facts/or references to events . . . related in any manner to personal, private, property and confidential information."

Pulos has starred as Lewis' longtime assistant on the popular "flipping realty" series "Flipping Out" since 2007. Lewis was informed that Pulos was writing a book last October, but he claims all she told him was that it was about "her life" (not necessarily how she survives working for "one of the world's most difficult bosses"). Pulos supposedly signed a non-disclosure agreement in 2008 and 2010 - Lewis insists her new book directly violates the confidentiality that she agreed to in the agreement.

A blurb about Pulos' book on her website states, "I have advice for surviving any difficult situation, no matter if it is in the workplace, in relationships, or in life, I have learned how to fail my way forward and bloom where your planted and you can too!"

Maybe Lewis really does have something to worry about if Pulos speaks so harshly of him in her memoir.

Pulos tweeted this on Thursday, Nov. 15:

@Jennipulos: "Woke up this am, being sued by your boss is really putting on the Celebrity Cinderella Slipper, Bullies Aren't Cool."

Despite the legal drama, "Flipping Out" airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
