Another Arrow crossover takes place in The Flash on the CW network. As the identity of Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and The Reverse-Flash comes into question, will Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) find out the answers from Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) and Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthrone)?

In our previous recap, The Flash found himself with a bomb strapped to his wrist thanks to the Trickster (Mark Hamill). In the flashbacks, the Reverse-Flash revealed himself to be Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher), a murderer displaced in time. After causing a car crash, Thawne took possession of Harrison Wells' body and killed the original host. Realizing Iris was snooping around Mason Bridge's disappearance, the scarlet speedster revealed his secret identity to Eddie Thawne (Rick Cosnett).

In our recent recap, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) helped out the scarlet speedster against Brie Larvan (Emily Kinney), the Bug-Eyed Bandit. Barry revealed his suspicions about Wells to Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes). With memories from the alternate timeline, Cisco has been having nightmares, reliving his death at the hands of Harrison Wells.

In an interview with Blastr, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg reveals the plotline, "You get to see a different side of [Detective] Lance and Laurel through the prism of a Flash episode. A more traditional storyline about fathers and daughters, which wouldn't play well on Arrow, but it plays very well on The Flash."

Kreisberg adds, "Our tone notes to Laurel Lance was to leave all your troubles behind and have fun on Flash. You get to see her smiling and happy in sort of a different place. I think [actress] Katie [Cassidy] really appreciated that, too. When she saw the trailer, she said, 'I look like I didn't have a care in the world.' Conversely, in the crossover when Caitlin and Cisco go over to Arrow, they're not fooling around in Starling City. For us, it's more than just gimmicks and rating stunts, it's a new way to tell stories, and in some cases, like the Laurel Lance story, it's a way to tell the story that we would love to tell that the one show isn't designed for but the other one is."

The Flash airs tonight at 8pm on the CW.

Readers, are you excited to see Cisco profess his love to the Black Canary?
