From the comedic mind of Mike Judge (Beavis and Butt-head), HBO continues Season 2 of Silicon Valley with an all-new episode this Sunday. With Hooli's lawsuit breaking them down, will Erlich (T.J. Miller), Richard (Thomas Middleditch), and Dinesh (Kumail Nanjiani) have to get their hands on "Bad Money" to save Pied Piper?

In our previous recap, Gilfoyle (Martin Starr), Erlich (Miller), Richard (Middleditch), and Dinesh (Nanjiani) had to deal with the sudden death of their investor, Richard Gregory (the late Christopher Evan Welch). Monica (Amanda Crew) had to convince her new boss to keep Pied Piper on their payroll. Just when Richard was renegotiating his new contract, Hooli mogul Gavin Belson (Matt Ross) dropped a lawsuit on him, claiming Pied Piper stole his idea.

In our recent recap, due to the million dollar lawsuit, Monica's boss refuses to sign with Pied Piper. In need of funding, Richard and Erlich setup meetings with other investors, but they weren't too happy to see them. At a Mexican restaurant, Gavin proposed a deal for Hooli to acquire Pied Piper, which would then make the lawsuit go away. Just when Richard was about to tell off Gavin, they were interrupted by a singing Mariachi band.

Check out the laugh-out-loud preview here:

The footage introduces viewers to Russ Hanneman (Chris Diamantopoulos), who may or may not be able to help Pied Piper. Russ appears to be overjoyed with meeting Richard, while also making fun of him at the same time.

My favorite line is when Erlich says,, "Richard, I'm an independent businessman. Emphasis on independent...business...and MAN come to think of it!"

We have 5 reasons why you should be watching the second season of Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley continues Sundays at 10 p.m. on HBO.
