Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher split up a year ago this month, but their divorce has been delayed for months and the ex-couple is till nowhere near an official separation. According to reports, the 50-year-old actress is utterly furious with 34-year-old Kutcher for being able to move on so quickly with his new flame and former "That 70s Show" co-host, Mila Kunis. Apparently Moore is continuing to delay the divorce process primarily for this reason, and it's driving the "Two and a Half Men" star absolutely insane - he's ready to give into any demands just to reach a settlement!

An inside source recently told Radar Online, "The main issue they have been fighting over has been the division of assets and the monetary settlement, but it's now gotten to the point where Ashton is willing to cave in to all of Demi's demands just to reach a settlement."

Rumors have it that things between Kutcher and Kunis have gotten pretty serious very quickly (the duo haven't even come out as an official couple, but they have been spending ample time together since the spring). The word "marriage" has even popped up in several reports - but Ashton still being legally married to Moore sort of complicates things. (Some reports had it that Kutcher and Moore's marriage wasn't even legal, which would mean Kunis and her "Punk'd" beau could move on without a hitch... but no more details have been released on that rumor).

Moore is making the settlement process so difficult that her daughters are even supposedly getting annoyed. The inside source continues, "Rumer, Scout and Tallulah have all remained close to Ashton and they have completely come down to his side. Apparently Rumer has even said that her mom is currently behaving "like a total b**ch."

Not only is Kunis considered a "threat" to Moore - according to reports, Kutcher actually cheated on the "Ghost" star during their 2005-2011 marriage with 22-year-old actress Sara Leal. Maybe underlying jealousy regarding that unfaithfulness still plays a factor as to why neither Hollywood star has given any indication of officially filing for divorce.

Although Moore has recently put on a brave face in public - hanging out with friends and having a good time in L.A. solo - many people close to the actress believe she's still not totally better. One inside source admits to People magazine that she is "jealous and frustrated," while another claims, "What was humiliating was having her husband cheat on her in such a public way."

So what do Mstarz readers think, should Moore just move on and settle divorce negotiations so that the "St. Elmo's Fire" star can finally shrug-off such hard and hurt feelings as part of the past?
