It's been one hectic month for one of our favorite couples, Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict. MStars News previously learned that there were rumors swirling around about Tia snapping on her husband's co-star, Keke Palmer after she revealed that she had a crush on him as a child.

Things got out of hand when a photo emerged of Tia grabbing Keke's wrist after she tweeted and deleted: "Saying you like married men in interviews in not cute... Just saying..." It took both Cory and Keke to appear on The Wendy Williams Show to clear out the drama, but Tia Mowry still sat silent until now.

In a new interview with Madame Noire, the mother-of-one and wife to Hardrict spoke on the situation.

Tia said:

"What's really sad is that there's no truth to that whatsoever. What's really sad is that I guess there was a picture of me holding her wrist. What's so sad is that we were uplifting each other in that moment. That's what was so disgusting about the situation. She was telling me how much she looked up to me. I was telling her how proud I am of her. I was telling her about my book Twintuition. She actually came over to our house and I gave her a signed copy of the book. It's just really sad that we can't have my husband do well or Keke do well without people having to make up disgusting rumors. There's no truth to anything."

This week has been a better one for Tia as she promotes her new cooking show, Tia Mowry at Home which airs on Wednesday nights on the Cooking Channel. The chef uploaded some photos of each place she went while in NYC talking about the show. Those sites included, The Today Show, The Wendy Williams Show, and Sirius XM.

Had a BLAST on @todayshow!! Thanks for having me guys!! #tiamowryathome @cookingchannel

During her time with Wendy Williams, Tia revealed that she does cook alongside her husband, and claims making meals "relaxes" her.

Tia and Cory just celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary, in which she claimed her husband is her backbone and supporter. Tia calls Cory a man of faith.

"He's such man of God. He has faith beyond this world and I learned that from him. His faith is unstoppable. He has faith in his career. He has faith in his marriage. He has faith in his son. And it goes a long way. He's extremely optimistic and he believes in himself. I love that about him. When I was auditioning for 'The Game' and I was like, 'Oh my God, I don't know if I can do this,' and he was like, 'Yeah, you can. We're going to sit here and we're going to work on this script and we're going to do this to the best of our ability.' He's just so supportive of me, of my life. Then also what I love about him is that if I'm ever in a bind or going through something personally, you know, insecurities that I have, he has such great answers. He's a problem solver. But his problem-solving is realistic. He's great."

Like, her twin sister, Tamera Mowry Housley, the couple have one son together, and we hope to see more siblings for Cree, who will turn 4 years old in June. Tamera and her husband Adam Housley will give their son, Aden, a baby sister this summer!

Reunited and it feels so good!

When it comes to her new show, Tia revealed that her passion for healthy eating is what inspired her new show.

"For me, everything that I do, I always like to do it if I'm passionate about it. I'm passionate about cooking. I'm passionate about healthy eating. I'm passionate about inspiring other women. So it came out of being an inspiration to other women. Like, if I can do it, you can do it. We all know now that there's so much junk in food, packaged foods, fast foods, all of that. We all know that there are these correlations with health-whether it's eczema, migraines, autism, and fertility issues. So if I can help inspire other women to make time or to change their perspectives on healthy eating and finding the time to make meals at home with their families, that's all the better."

Sounds great Tia! We're proud of your new endeavor and wanting to change the kitchen with healthy foods, one meal at a time!
