Rapper Waka Flocka Flame would definitely consider running for president in 2016 - and he wants Rihanna or Miley Cyrus to support his campaign hands-on!

The "No Hands" emcee's top concerns - legalizing marijuana and improving America's education system. Well, 27-year-old RiRi and 22-year-old Cyrus would obviously support and help with the first topic!

And Flocka would love either lady to join his presidential team. An alleged insider tells the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com:

"I have gotten phone calls about running mates. It's getting intense, I'm not going to lie... We definitely need a Rihanna or Miley type of girl."

As for "accepting" Mary Jane in the United States?

"It's not that it's important - it's just something that I want to scratch off the list and get it over with. If alcohol's legal, why shouldn't marijuana be legal? Alcohol's really more dangerous than marijuana," the 28-year-old weed enthusiasts explains.

Rumors currently suggest that Hollywood's infamous #BadGal just rekindled a relationship with controversial ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown. Wonder if Breezy would encourage the Flockaveli superstar's future career in politics, or is Flocka's crush on such "strong, attractive" women too threatening?

"Strong women are highly attractive. A working woman is attractive. Not the women on Instagram with their a$$es hanging out," Flocka muses. "To me, a woman sweating, a woman with work clothes on, that's f*cking attractive. They need to be marketed more. That's super attractive."

He then discussed his other passion - school:

"Education to me is definitely one of the main interests to me. I think the way we teach our kids history needs to change. Sometimes, we need to watch how we teach kids history because we teach kids how to hate as an adult. After school, we have to have a class called of reality. We have to teach kids reality things - how to open an account, how to handle taxes, how to start up a business instead of just working for a business. I want my education to be more fun. To me, education is so boring and plain and sitting down. We need more kids who want to be scientists and astronauts, instead of actors and sports stars and musicians. It's deeper than that, though. We should start them early - like 14 and 15; teach them real early, so by the time they become the young adult, they're already hip. You shouldn't have an age limit on education."

Do MstarsNews readers agree?

More importantly, would fans really vote for Flocka if he did manage to get his name on the official ballot!? Hey, it could happen:

"I nearly got over 500 signatures in an hour in New York," Flocka told reporter Chris Rogers.
