UFC President Dana White was flat out blunt in his criticism of the hype surrounding Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. Before the fight, White claimed it wasn't as grand as everyone made it out to be. According to him, a fight between the two is too little too late for the boxing worldWhite made the harsh claims during an interview with the LA Times"This is not the fight of the century," White told journalists on Thursday night.

"Maybe six years ago it was."

Despite his criticism of the fight, White still had his predictions and even though he wanted Pacquiao to win, he knew Mayweather was the better fighter. In the end he was right. White said Mayweather the "best in the business" and even called what would happen during a previous interview with USA Today.

"The first four rounds he figures you out and then he does what Floyd does the rest of the fight."

White then went on to say that the biggest fight surrounding Pacquiao and Mayweather wasn't happening in the ring but instead it'll be every company promoting the fight that will wage the biggest war. White Predicts that the TV networks will soon begin arguing over who deserves the biggest stake in the revenue stream from Saturday's fight.

"On Saturday night, not only will it break the pay-per-view record, it will break the lawsuit record," White said. "Every one of those guys is going to start suing each other. I guarantee it. Mark my words."

With boxing's biggest fight out of the way, UFC will continue its rise as the world's number one combat sport. Cain Velasquez, the UFC's current heavyweight champion, will be taking on Febrico Werdum at UFC 188 and you'd have to think White will use this opportunity to add a few more members to his MMA flock by capitalizing on anybody disappointed with the Mayweather bout.
