Forget aspiring Cash Money emcee Young Thug, infamous rap icon Lil Wayne is busy hyping the career of amateur hip-hop enthusiast, Hi-Rez!

The wannabe rapper recently took his rhyming skills to the popular fast food joint McDonald's, and his epic "like a boss" meal order is now going viral online:

Rez takes the unsuspecting cashier by total surprise and blasts:

"Let me get two Big Macs, two apple pies / A little bit of Sprite, and side of fries / Let me get a McDouble, let me get a McChicken / Hot sauce, make sure that sh*t kickin’" (via MTV News).

But Rez's extravagant order doesn't stop there. He adds a latte and McFlurry, plus "everything on the Dollar Menu and a burger with jalapenos" (and then some). After confusing the poor guy working the counter, he then asks, "Did you get all that?"

The clip was just shared on Youtube Sunday (May 3), and has since garnered over 37,000 views and counting. Is he the next big name in hip-hop?

SoaR Refuze - PS3: "legendary."

ThePalaceofMusic: "Is it me or does this rap sound a little similar to Only by Nicki Minaj which had LIL WAYNE  in it and he even shared this video himself on fb. #whatacoincidence."

GMFootball12: "Make more of these rap prank public videos man!! They are great! Sick vid."

MarcusMcGrizz: "Rez is the truth!!!!!!"

Drive: "First time I've seen something like this! Very creative. Gotta give props."

Robbiewar11: "This is awesome hope it helps you blow up Rez been here for 4 years."

VillainUprise: "Gonna get big off of this... deserves it. This is Legendary."

Gamer Nation: "when you get lil wayne to notice you, you've made it. Hi-rez will always be that sh*t."

And it's true - Weezy actually shared the video on his own official Facebook page with this amusing shout-out:

"Drop the beat...not the fries!"

Birdman may have a new "protege" competition! Should the #FWA hypeman reach-out for a fresh collaboration?
