Erica Dixon Buries Her Brother While Battling Lil Scrappy in Court for Child Support

Looks like it's going to be war between Erica Dixon and her baby daddy Lil Scrappy. In the sneak peek for next Monday's episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, the two parents and former couple are at odds when it comes to taking care of their daughter, Emani Richardson.

Dixon has had enough with her ex not stepping up to pay his end of the bargain when it comes to child support. She claims the rapper hasn't paid money in two years, since they broke up. Scrappy tries to defend himself by claiming he is taking care of his daughter, and claims that they were still living together at the time they made that agreement.

Even Dixon and Scrappy's lawyers go head to head in a heated battle.

"Today me and my baby father are at the lawyer's office to discuss our child support issues," Erica says before they try to settle the drama outside of court. "We keep having the same fight over and over ... he says he doesn't owe anything, and I'm saying he does."

"Erica got the nerve to act like I don't take care of my daughter," says Scrappy. "You ain't fixing to drag me through the mud so I'm trying to put all this stuff behind me and not go through the court system stuff because I don't want no folk in my buisness."

"At the end of the day my daughter is happy, she wants for nothing and we came to a mutal agreement that she take care of her, and I take care of her," Scrappy tells Erica's lawyer.

"It's been two years since he hasn't paid child support, so that was before then," Erica claps back, while her lawyer and Scrappy's lawyer start to get into it.

This is sad espeically at the time when Erica had to say goodbye to one of her brothers. In the Instagram snapshot below she wrote: "Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to watch my dad bury one of his sons. For those that know me, my dad is my heart. I never thought my little brother would pass away this soon. Cherish every moment and always keep #familyfirst RIP Darrius. #youhaveyourwings"
