Kanye West Deposed in Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Divorce Case, Kardashian Holiday Card Photoshopped! [VIDEO]

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' annoyingly drawn-out divorce just took a turn for the ridiculous - according to reports, Kim K's current beau Kanye West has been dragged into the settlement proceedings. That's right - the NBA star has requested that the rapper sit for a deposition, while the Hollywood socialite herself hasn't even been deposed in the case yet! But in other Kardashian news, the infamous reality family recently shot their annual holiday Christmas card for 2012 - and Khloe and Kendall had to be Photoshopped in! Read on for all the "dramatic" details!

Kim K's lawyer Laura Wasser claims that the request for West's deposition is completely absurd - the "Gold Digger" singer is now basically handcuffed to Humphries, even though he really has nothing to do with the divorce proceedings! According to Wasser, the whole thing is a ridiculous "fishing expedition" and Humphries should basically cut the crap to finally get the divorce over with. But Humphries' lawyer Marshall Waller insists that if Kardashian truly wants the marriage to be over, she should just agree to an annulment (apparently Humphries' camp has some issues over the prenup that he originally signed). Looks like Kim-K's short-lived hubby is playing dirty! A trial date is currently set for February 15 - and evidently West must give some sort of "testimony" when the time comes.

Kim K and Humphries tied the knot in October 2011 - after only 72 days of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31, 2011 citing irreconcilable differences. In December 2011, Humphries filed his response to Kardashian's petition, requested a decree of legal separation rather divorce if the court and Kardashian's crew didn't agree annulment. That's when all the drama really started, and the two are still not officially divorced.

As for the annual Kardashian holiday card - it looks like Khloe Odom and younger sis Kendall Jenner had to be Photoshopped in to get the full effect! Khloe recently admitted to Ellen DeGeneres, "We pretend that we're always together, [but it's really] the power of cameras and Photoshop." Apparently Khloe and her hubby Lamar Odom were at a basketball game and Kendall was sick at the time the family portrait was shot. Obviously Lamar will have to be Photoshopped in, along with Kourtney K's beau Scott Disick. The 2012 photo hasn't been released yet, but do Mstarz fans think that they will be able to tell the difference?
