'Daredevil' Season 2 Spoilers: Will Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple Become Netflix's Night Nurse?

Audiences have been eagerly binge-watching Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix. With the recent announcement of Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil, will Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) find himself in need of rescue again from Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson), aka Night Nurse?

As we previously mentioned, Matt Murdock (Cox) was a young boy when he was struck blind after a near fatal car accident. Though everyone thinks he lives in complete darkness, radioactive chemicals gave him back his sight. By day, Murdock pretends to be the blind lawyer attending courtroom battles. But when darkness falls, Daredevil serves out his own brand of justice as he protects Hell's Kitchen from The Kingpin (D'Onofrio).

We mentioned before, Netflix has announced Season 2 of the Man Without Fear series. There will be a few changes this time around as executive producer Steven S. DeKnight steps down and adds new showrunners Doug Petrie (American Horror Story) and Marco Ramirez (Sons of Anarchy).

Announced at Marvel, the Sin City actress will reprise her role as Claire Temple in the second season. In her larger TV deal, Dawson will also appear in Marvel's other Netflix series, such as Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders.

Executive Producer and Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb states, "Claire Temple proved a fan favorite in Season 1, and we can't wait for fans to see all the plans we have for her next."

In our recaps of Season 1, Claire became romantically entangled with Matt after she stitched up his wounds. When she was wearing the white hood on the rooftop, didn't she look like the costumed superhero, Moon Knight?

In the Marvel comics, Claire Temple is the romantic interest of Luke Cage. Night Nurse takes care of costumed superheroes when they can't go to a regular hospital. With these two characters amalgamated, it would make sense if we saw Dawson's Claire Temple and Mike Colter's Luke Cage interact with each other.
